"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Just for the record, I have NOT been an inactive artist. I just haven't had a scanner... or the rememberance to use my deviantart account (don't hurt me).
I've started attending college at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and I do have some creations I'd like to share with all of you. I'm in the Game Art & Design major here, so drawing is a big part of my field.
Until I get some kind of scanner or decide to take really good pictures of my paintings and drawings, then my profile will appear as inactive. I hope I'm not disappointing [the few that I have of] my watchers! Pretty things will come soon. =]
